Hey! I’m Jess. Thanks for visiting. I look forward to getting to know you… to laughing together, to healing together, and to lifting each other up. Now more than ever we need community, support, and real, genuine human connection… I’m here for it, 100%!
Who Am I?
I’m a Change Worker, Somatic Practitioner, and Fusion Belly Dance Instructor.
I’m also obsessed with my dog, Ricochet Ricky Jay (he walks me these days), *obsessed* with the color Cobalt Blue (it’s full of beauty, depth, and meaning), and I *do not* like my food to touch on my plate. Keep that broccoli away from my rice, please!
I love, love, love emotions. I love helping people to feel better, connect to their bodies, and learn how to dance. I love working with the unconscious mind. I love being silly and having fun. And I love all things healing.
My soul medicine is Infinite Holding, and that is what I do best. It is infused into everything I do. It is at the heart of who I am. My greatest calling has been to help others (and myself) heal… in big ways, in small ways, in whatever ways I can… and to help create a greater sense of freedom.
My Work
As a Change Worker and Somatic Practitioner, I work with clients 1:1 to help them in whatever ways I can, to the very best of my ability.
Some of those ways are…
- To feel better and navigate their emotions
- To start or stop doing something
- To heal from past wounding
- To connect to their bodies
- To release shame and conditioning
- To remember their wholeness and reclaim their worthiness
- To be kinder to themselves
- To break free of the sometimes tiny, tiny boxes that we believe or were told we need to fit into
- And to have a greater sense of freedom, agency, and connection to their truth
I do this by helping clients to work with their body, truly feel their emotions, regulate their nervous system, learn how to be with their whole self, and to utilize their powerful imagination.
The work that I do actively engages my client’s unconscious mind through somatic work, imagination, and hypnosis, which is why it can be so effective and powerful. It’s a bottom-up approach vs top-down, meaning we work directly with the part of you that controls over 90% of your behavior, thoughts, and actions.
And one of the best parts!? The work can be fun! It can be playful and light, soothing, and infinitely healing.
I have a soft and gentle approach, and I will hold you in your fullness. There is so much healing that can happen when we are in relationship with others, and I form true bonds with my clients.
And occasionally, but only occasionally, I also use a dash of mindset coaching. Our thoughts and perspectives do directly impact us, but the body, the nervous system, and the unconscious mind is truly where it’s at.
My Clients
I love working with all types of people. What I need from you is simply a willingness to experiment, to draw outside the lines from time to time, and to allow the work to be both vulnerable, deep, and serious AND playful, lighthearted, and even fun all at once.
We can work together on big things, small things, and everything in between.
P.S. I also work with kids! I keep these sessions lighthearted, upbeat, playful, and fun! I can help with social anxiety, trouble focusing at school, emotional regulation, etc. The kiddo has to want to work with me and make the changes. I *will not* work with kids that are forced to come to sessions! Oftentimes, if the child needs help with emotions I also request that the parent have a few sessions with me as well. For kids, 40 minute sessions tend to work well.

$2200 if paid in full or $2250 made in monthly payments of $375
This is wonderful for clients who feel ready to go on a healing adventure or simply want to know that they will have solid support from week to week. It gives us space to really work with the body and unconscious mind in deeper ways, and at a pace that is good for your system. These sessions will include various modalities like somatic processing, parts work, shadow work, hypnosis, nervous system regulation, and/or a dash of mindset. We can focus on one main topic, like releasing shame, realizing you’re not broken, or feeling worthy, or we can focus on what you most need or want week to week… help processing an argument, showing up differently in relationships, feeling better at work, calming overwhelm, etc.
Please email me to schedule or if you have any questions. A consultation is not necessary, but if you would like to chat via Zoom or over the phone, please let me know. I’ll be happy to set up a time to meet with you free of charge.
A few more good things to know…
Sometimes change can be quick, sometimes change takes time, sometimes it can be both at once. In my experience, instead of reaching some ultimate destination where we are “fixed”, where all our problems go away, where we never judge ourselves again (as the coaching industry often tries to sell us on) we more often than not cycle through things… beliefs, ways of being, and habits.
This is normal and it’s good to know from the get-go, as believing that we should be cured instantaneously of whatever pain we are in can cause so much damage because it often leads people to think that there is something wrong with them or that they are broken when that pain remains or re-emerges.
Let me tell you right now, there is nothing wrong with you. You truly are whole and complete as you are. This is simply what it is to be a human.
I am here to help you, to support you, to lift you, and to hold you through whatever you’re experiencing. We will create change. You will feel better. Sometimes that happens quickly, sometimes it takes time, but it happens.
Lastly, I am not healing you… YOU are healing you, your body is healing you, your unconscious mind is healing you. I am simply here to walk with you on the path and to offer various routes that we could take.
Scope of practice…
To be clear, I am not a doctor or a therapist, and I will always stay within my scope of practice. If I feel that your needs are outside of my scope of practice, I will discuss this with you and give a referral. There are often ways we can still work together, if that is the case, and I will clearly articulate what that can look like.
